The agreement between us and you.

These terms are between you and Gravixar, trading as Robonamix, of Building 8, Civic Center, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan. Where these terms say “we”, that is who is meant.

By enrolling a child, booking a session, or submitting a form on this website, you agree to what follows. If you do not, please do not enrol, and tell us why — we would genuinely rather know.

We teach AI, robotics and coding to children and teenagers, on-site at our studio in Bahria Town and online. That includes taster sessions, weekend workshops, monthly studio memberships and workshops delivered inside schools.

We describe our programmes honestly and we teach them ourselves. What we cannot promise is a particular outcome for a particular child. Education does not work that way, and a company that guarantees it is selling you something else.

Our programmes are designed for ages 8–17. We have accepted younger children by arrangement where it suited the child, and we will tell you honestly if we think a child is too young for what we run.

A parent or legal guardian must do the enrolling. A child cannot register themselves, agree to these terms, or commit you to a payment. By enrolling you confirm you have the authority to do so for that child.

We keep just 15 places. That is a deliberate limit on how many children are in the studio, not a sales tactic, and it means a place is only yours once we have confirmed it.

Submitting a registration form is a request, not a booking. We will come back to you to confirm, and nothing is owed by either of us until we do.

Our published rates are on the studio page, and are the rates we charge. At the time of writing:

• Taster session: Rs 3,000, for one 3-hour session.
• Monthly membership: Rs 15,000 per month, for 8 sessions a month.
• Immersive membership: Rs 50,000 per month.
• Siblings: 30% off each additional child on the monthly tier.

Fees are in Pakistani Rupees and cover everything a child uses in a session — boards, sensors, components and materials. There is no separate kit fee and no equipment deposit.

If we change our rates, the new rate applies to your next month, never retrospectively, and we will tell you before it takes effect rather than letting you discover it on an invoice.

Memberships run month to month and you can stop whenever you like. Tell us before your next month begins and there is nothing further to pay. We do not use notice periods, minimum terms or cancellation fees, and we will not charge you for a month you have said you do not want.

• If your child misses a session: tell us in advance and we will do our best to place them in another slot that month. We cannot promise a make-up for every missed session, because the places are capped and somebody else is in that chair.
• If we cancel a session: we will either run it at another time or credit it to your next month. If we cancel and neither suits you, you get that portion of your money back.
• If a month goes wrong: talk to us. We would rather sort out a month that did not work than keep money from a family who felt short-changed.

A taster session is a single booked session. If you cannot make it, tell us and we will move it. If you tell us on the day, we may not be able to.

• Accurate information. Especially medical: allergies, conditions, medication, and anything that affects how we should look after your child in a room with tools and electronics. We can only act on what we know.
• Drop-off and collection. You are responsible for your child getting to and from the studio, and for collecting them on time. Tell us in advance if somebody else is collecting them.
• Reachability. Keep us able to contact you during a session your child is attending.
• Behaviour. We expect children to treat the equipment, the space and each other with care. We will always talk to you first if there is a problem. We reserve the right to end a membership for behaviour that puts another child at risk, and we will refund the unused part of the month if we do.

Children here use hand tools, soldering equipment, batteries and electronics. That is the point of the place, and it is supervised. Children are taught how to use equipment before they use it, and are not left alone with anything we would not hand them.

We carry a first aid kit and we will contact you immediately if your child is hurt. If we cannot reach you and a child needs urgent medical attention, we will get it for them and keep trying to reach you.

Online sessions need a working device, a camera and a usable internet connection at your end. We cannot refund a session missed because of a problem on your side of the connection, though we will always try to find another slot.

We ask that an adult is contactable at home during an online session for younger children. Sessions are not recorded unless we tell you in advance and you agree.

We do not publish a child’s face without a signed parental consent form, in Urdu, which we hold on paper. No other permission substitutes for it — agreeing that we may share your child’s work with family does not permit a photograph.

No such form exists for any child at present, so every public surface we run is face-free: the website, the Instagram account and the Facebook Page show builds and hands, not faces.

Consent can be withdrawn at any time by telling us, and we will take the material down. The detail of how this works is in our privacy policy.

• Your child's work is your child's. The robot, the game, the app, the drawing, the idea. We claim no ownership over anything a student makes here, and we will not commercialise it.
• Our teaching material is ours. The curriculum, the module structure, the worksheets and the contents of this website belong to us. You are welcome to use them with your own child at home. Please do not republish them or run them as your own programme.
• Showing work off: with your consent under section 10, we may show a project we helped a child build. Where we do, we credit the child by first name only unless you have told us otherwise.

Use the site for what it is for. Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it wholesale, submit other people’s personal details, or use the forms to send anything abusive or automated.

Family share links are meant for the family they were sent to. Please do not post one publicly — it points at a named child’s work.

We take responsibility for the care of the children in our studio and for delivering what we said we would. We do not attempt to disclaim that, and we would be suspicious of anyone teaching children who did.

What we are not answerable for is loss we could not reasonably have foreseen, damage to belongings a child brings from home, or a particular academic or career outcome. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that Pakistani law does not allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence.

How we handle personal information, including your child’s, is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. Deleting your data is covered on the data deletion page.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects an enrolled family, we will tell you directly before it takes effect, not simply change the page. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Rawalpindi and Islamabad have jurisdiction.
