Have us delete it.

Send an email to support@robonamix.com. Put Delete my data in the subject line so it is not mistaken for an enquiry, and include:

• The name you gave us, and the email address or phone number you used. We need at least one of those to find your records.
• Your child's name, if the request covers a child who attends or attended the studio.
• Whether you want everything deleted or only part of it. Some families want the studio work kept and the marketing contact removed. Either is fine, and you do not have to decide before writing to us.

If email is awkward, send a WhatsApp message to +92 336 5676672 instead. It reaches the same person.

A full deletion request removes everything in this list. There is nothing held back in a second system.

• Your enquiry: your name, email, message, and anything you told us about your school or your child in the contact form.
• Your registration: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, your child’s name and age, your notes, and the IP address and browser string recorded with the submission.
• Your child's studio work: their projects and their login code. Tell us if you would like a copy of their work sent to you first — we will do that before deleting, and it is worth asking for.
• Any share links: revoked immediately, so any link already forwarded to a relative stops working. It cannot be resurrected afterwards.
• Your consent record: the record of the photography and sharing permission you gave.
• Photographs: any image of your child that we published with your consent is taken down.

We aim to do it the same week. We commit to 30 days, and we write back to confirm it is done rather than leaving you wondering.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore a child’s projects afterwards, which is why we offer to send you a copy first.

You may have been sent to this page from our Meta app settings. The honest answer for almost everyone arriving that way is that we hold nothing of yours to delete.

We use Meta’s tools in one direction only: to publish our own posts to our own Instagram account and Facebook Page. Nobody signs in to this website with Facebook or Instagram, so we never receive your profile, your friend list, your email from Meta, or any identifier for you. We do not collect data about people who follow, like or comment on our posts, and we build no advertising audiences.

Two things that follow from that, both worth stating plainly:

• If you only ever interacted with us on Instagram or Facebook, we have no record of you at all, and there is nothing here for us to delete. A comment or message you left lives on Meta’s platform, and you can delete it yourself there. We cannot delete it for you.
• If you also filled in a form on this website, then we do hold what you typed, and sections 1 and 2 above are the way to have it removed.

Where we are required by Pakistani law to retain a record — a payment record for tax purposes, for example — we keep that one record and nothing else, and we will tell you exactly what it is when we confirm your deletion. We do not use it for anything other than the obligation that requires it.

You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct something, or withdraw a consent while leaving the rest in place. Same address, same 30 days, also free. Our privacy policy sets out all of it.
